At a secret location...far far away....

We discovered an arty café. Usually it is just children that get to cover each other in paint, clay slip, chalk, wax … and run with scissors! Here they let adults do it too. Go paint yourself a plate. Or bind a book, or fuse some glass, throw a pot, stain some glass or perhaps...make lovely presents for those you treasure or a wonky ugly mug for those you don't. They do classes for the masses.

I can report their coffee is very decent and their scones a two man lift, the staff are very friendly and informative.

On another front we played bowls today, by chance Mrs FP and I were drawn together (t'was ever thus!). We were pipped from victory by the narrowest of margins 15 to 5!. It would have been a lot worse but the memsahib cut them down from lying six at one end to just one with her last bowl. Hurrah.
