Uh-oh

Hurt my hand/wrist last night. I was hyper and arsing about so it was my own fault. I was worried that something might be broken as I heard a definite (and nauseating) crack and couldn't move it properly last night but it seems to have eased up as the day as gone on. The wrist brace from Home Bargains was surprisingly good too.
