Thought I'd better get the bike out today, I've a duathlon coming up soon.Cycled to the cafe for tea and crepe with sugar and lemon and did a bit of shopping on the way home.
Sat in the garden with my crochet for a while, did a bit of gardening, put all the holiday stuff away and had a short run in the park in the evening.
