Wrong Side of the Grape

Evening all,

Just had a quick trip down to the wine cellar to check on the state of the current vintage.

Its a terrible burden being in charge of such a magnificent,well established wine cellar,

the constant check that the bottles are kept at the correct humidity,ensuring the bottles are kept at the correct angle to avoid sedimentation build up, the regular thermometer readings to make sure the temperature is just right,
oh its such an effort, but worth it because of the tremendous depth of flavour when the wine reaches the correct age and maturity........

about fifteen minutes is about right in our house!!!!!
