Interesting day of driving Jaguars. Much of it was spent at the wheel of the new I-Pace, the first fully electric Jag, which is whisper-quiet and accelerates like a scalded cat. It has an ideal-conditions range of almost 300 miles, but in real world driving is about two-thirds that.
So what’s this image? It’s the ‘puddle light’ that comes on when you park the other Jaguar I have been driving for a while, a diesel E-Pace. It’s the company’s smaller SUV, known internally as its ‘cub’.
