Fly on an orchid - or a Fly Orchid?

Yes, you've guessed correctly!  This is a Fly Orchid, or Ophrys insectifera. They are very difficult to find, but I was lucky when I saw this near to Sheepscombe Cricket Club (in Gloucestershire).  There was a clump of them, and having found one the others 'magically' appeared!
