Just a few.......

......plums (as in kilos, that's a BIG jam pan!) delivered this morning from the bro-in-laws allotment.....he and my sis are off on holiday to Rome tomorrow and this lot would have ended up on the ground as fallen fruit before they get back home. So my mission (which I was more than willing to accept!) is to convert them into jam and chutney either today or tomorrow.....but only after I've stocked up on sugar and vinegar and sterilised some a lot of jam jars of course ;-)
