Glorious Gazanias

A bright and sunny morning, once we were up and about, we decided on a walk into town for the exercise and a couple of things we needed. Followed by coffee and an early lunch in Reds....our one and only visit this week!

After a leisurely walk home, we spent the afternoon in the garden, tidying, weeding, cuttig back, sweeping....and a little bit of sitting now and again ;-)

Had a little wonder with my camera as its Flower Friday, it was a toss up between the vivid gazanias or the white anemones, the gazanias obviously won!

We are off to dinner with friends this evening, staying over at their house, which will be nice, save one of us driving for a change. We are having a greek wine tasting session. Our friends are keen on all things greek, having holidayed here for many years.... including their wine and food, so am sure it will be a good night :-)
