Bunkfest

Every year the entire town of Wallingford is taken over with this free festival. It is a bizzare combination of  music and dance and just having a good time. There is a main stage but all the pubs have bands and every time you turn a corner there seems to be another Morris dancing troupe. There were clog dancers and belly dancers and the music ranged from simple folk to 1960's flower power. People were dressed up - hippies, Red Indians (????), Steampunk, Angels (???).
And the sun shone so a good day was had by all.

The xtra shows one  'hippie' joining in with Delilah. I think it was the line 'I just couldn't take any more'
