Just an illusion

Drove up to Bassenthwaite today to go and spend the afternoon with Paul and Pippa.

Lovely trip into Keswick, afternoon tea, a wander up to Friars Crag, watching the fearless young woman climbing trees and bouldering along the rocks on the water’s edge. Also managed to squeeze in a visit to the Illusions museum.

So good to catch up with a dear friend. It’s always too long between visits but always a delight when we do get our act together.
