Bittersweet Nightshade

Bittersweet Nightshade is found in hedgerows and gardens - and is growing wildly in my garden, though I have seen it on my wanderings around various nature reserves. Aside from it's delicate flower, it has attractive red berries (extra), so it is fortunate that it is not as poisonous as the similarly named Deadly Nightshade (a totally different genus).  Still it would not be wise to sample these berries which can cause vomiting and convulsions. Apparently, it has a bitter (not sweet) taste to dissuade one from eating them, but I don't think I'll try!
