Shimmering sea

Overcast start to the day.
Grocery shopping over we drove the ten miles or so South to Southend then followed the road round past Dunaverty beach and Kiel to Carskey Bay. Good waves today with the tide quite far in.
We walked from one end to the other and back. Fergus had a good run about, disappearing into the distance for a while.
Lots of gannets flying over the sea.
In my image there are two quite distant gannets busy fishing on the incoming tide :-)
Later I was potting up some indoor plants.
