Does it Swim

Picking his teeth in a rather desultory fashion whilst watching the commotion on the bank with Poppy having jumped/slipped - accidentally, in his pond. 'Does it swim?' he drawled looking straight at me! 
'Er yes possibly', I thought but at the same time thinking, 'OMG she's covered in mud and we are in the car! 

Sitting by the pond shooting dragons was going to be one of my standby shots in case the butterfly didn't turn up . Suffice it to say it didn't!

The Extra is the wing of a female Southern Hawker on which I just loved the patterns.
