today on the buses because mobile ticketing up failed not once but twice, except I only had change for first journey and walked home instead.

Not a major inconvenience in grander scheme of things but do think Lothian Buses could have handled it better: number of accounts on Twitter of people including parents with kids being denied access to buses if they didn’t have cash.
