Magic Mushrooms

Wanstead Flats in Newham, East London, is one of those seemingly barren, windswept parklands, where sunday football is played and people go about walking their dogs. I took my camera there this morning for something to do while Kieran was warming up for his match, but I wasn't hopeful.
However, within a minute I had found a lovely clump of fungi at the base of an oak, so I mounted my camera upside down under my tripod to get a good angle close to the ground, and got some good shots. The oak leaves had a bit of frost on them too which was a bonus.
I tried converting this to monochrome, but it looked better in colour. Hope you like it.
