Al Fresco Birthday

Dined al fresco this evening for my bestie’s birthday. Heated lamps and blankets have the illusion of being abroad. The food was delicious and the company great as always.

Struggling with a pounding headache the past few days, I suspect from a crazy few weeks of working long hours. The restaurant served water in old gin bottles and I glugged away. A dose of relaxing time with friends is the best recovery.
