After a fun filled morning with Bella - reading in bed then a stroll along the beach - we popped over to see an old friend of ours and artist, Clare who has just moved back to Scotland after a lifetime in Brazil.

As it was her open studio day today we all schlepped along to see her latest work- and pretty wonderful it was too.

Then back home to settle down for a quiet night in with Miss Lund and the iPlayer.

Simple things
