After work swim

I had a busy day catching up after my walkabout last week and attending course in Dublin yesterday. So I started early this morning and came to the beach straight after work. I had a delicious swim. It was a bit choppy and I got knocked over by a big wave as I was tip toe-ing daintily into the sea. I also took in a mouthful of salty seawater.

I am home now and I am having a veggie curry but not with rice. I am boiling a few spuds with it ‘cos I love me spuds I do.

I have this classy music booming in my kitchen. Music to peel the spuds by. Ha
