Favoured choice of tea to fill the flask for adventures - mixed one (tea bag) to one, with a decent normal tea, a little soft brown sugar, and some milk taken in a separate wee bottle. A little plain chocolate to go with it, company, and somewhere in the middle of nowhere with a view to sit and enjoy it.
