Mango meet Cake

Last time I was in Wanaka I made Mango’s “brother from another mother” Moose a Caramel Apple Moose Mousse Cake in his honour. This time it’s Mango’s turn for a signature cake. Enter the Mango Lassi Moose Mousse Cake - layers of Genoise sponge with mango saffron mousse and cardamom pistachio yogurt mousse, topped with fresh mango and mango honey gel glaze. A light luscious and just a little spicy number.
