Off to t'mill

The apple mill, that is. The next time we see them these apples will be in the bottles as juice.

The juicing services is provided by Clynfyw care farm in north Pembrokeshire which provides holiday opportunities and work experiences for people with learning difficulties, on an old country estate. They grow vegetables and  keep pigs and poultry as well as letting out self-catering cottages to families with disabled members. Boxes and buckets of apples were everywhere and the trainees were excited about to start on the business of juicing which will continue twice a week until November. However,  we were told that after a few weeks no one is so keen to do it any more.
