Start with the basics!!

Had a lazy start to Sunday morning, called my sister in Wales and chatted for an hour and a half, in town this afternoon and decided we would have Chinese carryout for tea. Home from town with aching feet and guess what, our favourite take-away was closed!!! So it was off to the kitchen to rustle something up.
