Overload.

A really beautiful sunny day - I was heading over to my Mum's and stopped to take in the rays on the Cramond foreshore.   I wasn't along - seemed like every dog walker, cyclist and jogger from the west side of Edinburgh had the same idea.  This gentleman looked like he could do with a little assistance; others (extra) took to the sea for a paddle.   

Nice lunch in SQ overlooking the Forth before heading home.
