War memorial, All Saint's Trull

An enjoyable walk around the village of Trull with Mrs P and my mother, before an even more enjoyable lunch.

Sadly then it was time to return to the airport. My father predicted that the traffic on the M5 would be bad, both following an bank holiday and at the end of the school holidays. We thought we'd left in good time, but it took three and a half hours to drive from Taunton to Bristol airport! Usually that would take an hour. We got into the terminal with just 15 minutes to spare, and then found our flight had been delayed. There is a lot to like the West Country, just not the roads in summer.
