Apricot, "pear" and orange flapjacks

I've felt restless and fed up all day, so baking was a bit of therapy.

I followed the recipe exactly, although I used butter instead of low-fat spread, apple instead of pear and I threw in some cashew nuts and crystallised ginger for added interest. There's no sugar in them, so they're very healthy flapjacks....apart from the butter ;-)

Now I'm thoroughly annoyed because I can't get my tv to retune, either automatically or manually, no matter which instructions I follow. Grrrrr!
