Salmon Benedict

I have not shown much of the delicious food we have been eating while in the United States (though my waistline certainly shows it after more than two months), but today's breakfast of Salmon Benedict was too pretty to pass up. Smoked salmon, egg, red onion and hollandaise sauce all contained in a custom bread bowl. Extremely tasty as well as photogenic from a favorite breakfast spot Bread & Cie Bakery.
