Just back from seeing The Last Witch at PFT: outstanding production. 

My reaction to the on-going saga of Lothian Buses (mis)-handling of the mobile ticket app failing for many customers is now one of bemusement.  There appears to be no insight on their part that whilst the technical issue may be out of their control, how they respond is totally within their gift.
