Don't caw with your beak full

Went running (for the first time in absolutely ages) before sunrise this morning. I really enjoyed it and was rewarded by seeing a kingfisher. 

Had a chill for a bit afterwards and then headed to the park to feed the birds. Made friends with a gorgeous Springer spaniel and ended up throwing a (very slimy!) ball for him for ages. I love dogs and have an even bigger soft spot for Springers.

Went down to the river and watched a heron fishing. I've been blessed with ace birds today.

Had a nice lazy afternoon. Top day :-)
