Fungus

I spotted this in the corner of the drying area yesterday afternoon when I went to cut the grass so took a snail's eye view of it before destroying it with the mower.
We seem to have been getting a lot of fungi springing up in various places in the village this year. Don't know if it's because of the combination of very hot weather followed by wet or not but I certainly have never had any in this spot before.
