Oops

I took the lock off a door so that I could investigate why the door knob wasn’t secured any more. Turned out the set-screw had fallen out, so it was nothing to do with the lock itself.

Nevertheless, I thought I’d give the lock a bit of a clean, seeing as it’s ancient. Sadly, I didn’t think to take a picture of how it looked before I did something to cause the spring thing to ping. I spent the rest of the afternoon with my new dirty metal jigsaw.
