Gentoo Chick

Found this tiny newly hatched chick on my way back from Maiviken. It looks totally ridiculous, it couldn't hold its massive head up for long before it the weight of it flopped it on its side. This is the start of a very long process for the chick with around 100 days of fledging where it will get almost to the size of the parent, and there are two eggs, so its brother/sister has yet to hatch.
