Summer's End

The autumn flowers and colours just hold sway here today.  A few remnants of summer's exuberance remain, like the white geranium above.  However, there are more colchicum each day alongside the many cyclamen already brightening the garden.  These are Colchicum x aggripinum which multiplies well in our light soil.  One of the smaller species, it's leaves are relatively tidy in spring, unlike some of the larger flowered forms.

Still snuffling, after a morning at basketball with Jamie it's been  a quiet day for me, making up some more photo-cards.  This batch are of Talyllyn trains and Welsh scenery, these having sold well in the railway shop in Tywyn.
