Sparkles

J had a really crappy night with a pounding headache - she is calling the doctor's tomorrow about something else so hopefully he can do something about all these headaches.
She had to spend the whole day in bed, only 'Strictly' could get her up, so I popped out in the glorious sunshine to buy her another Christmas present, pick up a couple of bits 'n' bobs in Sainsbury and get some pics.
This was a lovely little family who were getting their little boy to race their huge (but slightly odd looking) dog across the beach. They were all having such fun and it looked great silhouetted against the sun-glinted sea. Not sure if glinted is a real word, but it is now!
