Steam Diner

This is an ex LMS Ivatt 2MT preparing to haul the 'Elizabethan' steam dining service on the Great Central today.  It was their Diesel Gala this weekend but the dining special retains its steam loco even on diesel days and steam engines make much better photos than diesels!  The extras show what keeps this locomotive running and what kept me running.  I wasn't going to have a hot dog but the smell of them cooking on the station platform just proved too tempting!
