Abracadabra

These guys are my heroes. They are the go-to magicians in our IT Help centre.  Usually, their being within a two metre radius of my lap top is sufficient for the problem to disappear in a puff of pixels, but occasionally they do have to wave their hands about to make the magic happen.  On the rare occasion that they are confronted with a really serious malfunction, a long hard stare at the screen will usually do the trick.
