Stairway to.......................

Nowhere at the moment. It is a new (2017) foot/cycle bridge over the A39 Atlantic Highway on the outskirts of Barnstaple. I see the theme for Mono Monday is exotic . I think this might just slot in,tongue in cheek, if you look in the Oxford English Dictionary. Strikingly colourful or unusual. ;-) I have added the coloured version in extras.
