Mr Motivator

Luca goes for his run most evenings now.
I am way too heavy and way too knackered by that stage to run along with him. 
I just cycle behind him, singing or whistling the Rocky theme song. It gets on his nerves no end.

But I think it makes him run faster. To make it stop.
