Help, there’s a fly on my mirror

Saw a dirty great fly while looking through the view finder. Not on the photo image, not on the internal lens. I took the lens off and there it was on the mirror in my camera body. I haven’t touched it and if anyone has any advice on how to remove it, I would be very pleased. If you look at the mirror it’s at 10 o’clock the other brighter mark is just a light reflection.
