Bearing up!

Went to the gym this morning, and Des made a quick visit. He had been to Tesco's for a free  diabetic check, so  his wife didn't know he was coming to the gym. Afterwards, I called into open church, had a cuppa and much chat, and then into town. I saw these teddies outside the antique shop, and although they are lovely, I wasn't tempted, as I already have a Harrods teddy, that my Dad won in a competition many years ago. The bridal shop window was blanked out, so I am assuming they were doing the filming that was advertised a few weeks ago. J is making a chilli for our evening meal, so I am looking forward to that.
