Charlie's school held a Year 11 Raising Achievement evening tonight. Teachers advised us it was a good idea to talk to our kids about school work round the dinner table and to take away their iPhones and iPads so they read and revise more. "Be the adult!"

We also had audience participation. Find descriptive words for a photographic scene...I don't think "Photoshopped" was quite what they were looking for.
