Jamie's class is doing a joint project with a local cafe to raise some money. from us poor parents! And some of the general public  

After trying out various cake recipes they got the school and parents to vote on a product to sell at the cafe (rockin roll cake was the overall winner)

Then they negotiated with the cafe manager that any profits from sales will be split 50/50 between the cafe and school.

They then carried out advertising with flyers, Facebook and will be doing promotion talks at other schools.

And to top it all they did some artwork to display at the cafe and to sell for extra profit.

So we all headed down tonight to purchase 4 slices of cake, some drinks and said artwork.

I'm £21 down.....and feel a bit sick!
