Layered dawn

Such lovely weather to come home to!  A high of 21 deg predicted for today, which although not quite as warm as we have been experiencing in the States, it is rather pleasant for September.  

There is a lot of activity on Mt Pleasant hill at present: new houses being built, and quite a few renovated ones now on the market.  However, there are still many empty sections following earthquake damaged demolition awaiting action.  We never dreamt that it could take so long for our city to recover.
