Scenes At The Tip

The staff at the Tip Recycling Centre have divested themselves of the ghosts and witches, the gnomes, dolls and animals, Christmas trees, plastic flowers and all their other forms of decoration that have accumulated through the year, to focus on this one, an example of their macabre sense of humour. 

No doubt they are gearing up for this year's Hallowe'en.
