Different Views

Great discussions at meetings in Edinburgh (AM) and Glasgow (PM) today - made all the more interesting by seeing them through the lens of a young person who was work shadowing me for the day. Getting to spend time with young people and understand things from their perspectives is always one of the very best parts of my job.
