Blaydon Races does it again

He was very obviously tired this morning so we got a bottle of milk for him but he was fighting sleep. I guess he just wants to spend as much time with us as he can and considers sleep a waste!
I lay down with him but he kept looking into my face with no eye's closing at all so what do you do? You sing Blaydon Races, not loud like it is normally sung but nice an quietly.
It did the trick, like it has done before, and he was gone by the second verse.
Looks peaceful doesn't he? :-)
