Orange

After chasing a Monarch around the backyard Mexican sunflowers yielding no satisfactory shots, I gave up and went swimming. I came across this one near the entrance of the building. Grabbing color while it’s here. The euonymus and winterberries are turning orange.

A gorgeous eastern coyote was lying dead at the side of the road near Frohring Meadows. I didn’t have the heart to take its picture.
