Heart of the city

Headed over to Stavanger today - the weather has been terrible with torrential rain. Managed a quick walk round the town though, spotted these heart-shaped lights hanging in a tree next to Breiavatnet in the city centre and thought 'blip' :). They look like lights, so I went back when it got dark but they weren't lit up :(
