Unusual

This shrub is in a concrete bin across the street from where I live. I usually see these in Malta as they are all over the island (at least I think it’s the same). It’s so out of place on the high street but really cheers the place up. It is constantly flowering.

Ps. I think it may be an Oleander shrub
