In tandem

Not quite, exactly - but when son in Cardiff went to stay with son in Manchester (on the back of a work conference) he took his bike with him, so there they were side by side - and there was Dad too, as it happened, also passing through on his way to a conference or two, with smartphone at the ready.

I guess I could have called it Lean On Me - or He Ain't Heavy...
