Today's meeting was with Marian. We work together planning and delivering programmes for schools in Chelmsford Cathedral. Marian is one of those remarkable people who manages to make someone else's chaos, usually mine, into a fine thing. She sorts, organises, cajoles, coaxes, persuades and inspires. And in doing so she has helped thousands of children feel welcomed and wanted in our patch. It's a privilege to work with such gifted people.
